OUR DIRECTOR - JODIE
I am locally born and raised and have lived in the Goulburn Valley all my life.
My 30 years of experience within the disability field began with working in Residential care homes, from the ground level support worker to team Leader position.
My passion grew more toward respite care because of its complexity and working with a holistic approach, to ensure all participants and their families receive the best outcomes.
GV Complete Care was established in 2019, with only myself and two other support workers. The organisation has now grown to employ up to 50 support workers, along with a management team, administration, Nurse and support coordination.
My evolving experience within the disability field, combined with seeing how the many ways the NDIS is able to improve people’s lives, has played a big part in my drive to run a successful NDIS Business. For the future I can only see exponential growth in many areas.

PRICING
GV Complete Care is an NDIS Registered Provider servicing Goulburn Valley region and surround.
Participants are charged rates based on NDIS Price Guide. Invoices can be directly charged to NDIA, NDIS Plan managers or participants.
GV Complete Care may charge Establishment Fees for setup the provision of supports and services for participants of the provider to help cover the costs of setting up these services. GV Complete Care apply Establishment Fees for new intake participants in compliance to the NDIS Pricing Guide, when the participant is provided more than 20 hours personal care/community support per month.
GV Complete Care apply Non-face-to-face activities pricing, Provider Travel pricing, report writing when required by the NDIA, and Cancellation Rules as per the NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue. You can access the NDIS Pricing Guide and Support Catalogues from the links below.
GV Complete care is a NDIS registered service provider, therefore TTP (Temporary transformation payment) rates apply, as per NDIS price guide.
